A new generation of forage rape varieties, Rampart has been bred to produce quality winter feed in a short period of time.
Rampart will produce large palatable leaves with good protein level that are disease free, the crop is winter hardy giving extra flexibility as to when crops are grazed.
Crops can easily be utilised by either sheep, dairy or beef cows.
Stubble turnips have been successfully grown in conjunction with Rampart to produce a catch crop full of energy and protein.
