Having grown up on the Lincolnshire family farm where he still lives, Ben has always had a vested interest in agriculture. He was attracted to a Seed Specialist role at Nickerson, thanks to the quality of both their seed and reputation, as well as the confidence the name instils.
Integrity is of the utmost importance to Ben. “I enjoy working for a company not peddling chemicals or other products,” he says. “We focus on seeds; the most important things, with no ulterior motive.”
