Growing up in the heart of East Anglia, Seth has been surrounded by farming for as long as he can remember. His early connection to agriculture led him to Harper Adams University, followed by hands-on experience across a wide range of farming systems, with particular strength in arable production. Alongside his arable background, he has also managed a large soft-fruit propagation business, giving him a strong, all-round understanding of crop production, from propagation to performance.
Seth has a genuine passion for plant breeding and crop genetics, and he fully recognises the value that robust genetics and high-quality seed bring to farm profitability and resilience. His focus is on building long-term, supportive relationships with growers, offering practical, results-driven advice tailored to local conditions.
Outside of work, Seth enjoys exploring the Norfolk countryside and plays hockey for his local club in King’s Lynn. He is committed to supporting growers across East Anglia and the southern region with reliable, up-to-date varietal knowledge and on-farm support.
